Shipment Processing Time


Efficiency is key in our operations. We promptly dispatch orders from our multiple warehouses as soon as they are processed. However, during peak times, there might be a slight delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we’ll make sure to keep you informed via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


We strive to keep shipping as straightforward as possible. All shipping charges will be clearly laid out at checkout. Estimated Delivery Time:

Europe: 6-11 business days

Asia: 4-25 business days

South America: 10-20 business days

Africa: 10-25 business days

North America: 7-16 business days

Oceania: 9-16 business days

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other exceptional circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep a close eye on its journey. We’ll notify you via email, so you can monitor your delivery at every stage.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes


Please note that Ultimatesportbag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges incurred post-shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where packages are returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.


Damages or Defective Products


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos or videos and email them to us at ultimatesportbag@gmail.com immediately. Additionally, provide records of your complaint within seven days of product arrival. Based on the extent of the damage or defect, our support team will determine whether to issue a partial or full refund or reship the product. In the unusual event that the products you receive differ from what was ordered (such as incorrect color, model, size, or specifications), please submit clear photos or videos of the items and the shipping labels within seven days to ultimatesportbag@gmail.com. We will review the evidence against your order description. If it is confirmed that the incorrect products were sent, the order will either be reshipped with the correct items at no additional cost or a refund will be provided, in line with your preference.


Missing or Lost Shipments

If the tracking information indicates that the update on a product package has halted for more than 30 days during delivery, we will issue a full refund. If the order tracking number you received is invalid and you cannot obtain any shipping status updates for the relevant product, please promptly contact our support team to acquire the correct tracking information from the carrier. Should the package ultimately be confirmed as lost or seriously delayed, it will be addressed as outlined above.
